Marian has relocated from NY to NC 23 years ago, became a resident at beautiful Lake Royale, and was recruited into the real estate industry due to her passion for helping people Follow Their Dream the same way that she and her husband did. She has become a Specialist in Rural Properties at Lake Royale and The River Golf Course, as well as spreading out to the Wake Forest, Rolesville, Zebulon, and Knightdale areas. Marian also has opened a much-needed Rental Management Company which enabled her to help clients initially rent a home with a goal of purchasing down the road, with a financial plan in place. She always laughingly says \342\200\234I want my clients to realize their dream of owning their own piece of dirt someday\342\200\235. Marian\342\200\231s most important traits are her desire to listen to her clients\342\200\231 goals, dreams, and of course budget, all the while discussing short term goals and long-term goals. Often, that may be initially a purchase of land, purchase of a camping property, rental of a home, purchase of investment property to rent or flip for quick profit or long-term equity building property. Her eye is always on the prize\342\200\246. which is helping her client\342\200\231s dreams come true.
