Patricia was born and raised in Deep Creek Lake, MD in a thriving rural community of equal parts tourists and locals. She worked in hospitality roles throughout high school and college to fund her education. Her favorite job was working for a local real estate office that offered everything from small, cozy cabins to luxurious lakefront mansions. Patricia enjoyed learning about real estate transactions and gained valuable insight on the importance of being an area expert. Deep Creek Lake is a beautiful area to call home, but Patricia is a beach girl at heart. Patricia and her husband moved to Wilmington, NC in 2014.
Patricia has spent 10+ years building relationships in and around Wilmington, NC. She has dedicated years to learning about the various neighborhoods and coastal communities while obtaining her bachelor's degree.
