
Richard Burg
Licensed since 1987, Rick brings his experience as a real estate professional to Century 21 Epic team as the Petaluma Branch Manager and V.P. of Commercial & Land. He is a graduate of Sonoma State University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies and Planning and Rick earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University.
Through his many years working in real estate, Rick has developed extensive experience in land, commercial, and residential transactions. He has represented clients in the acquisition of development projects in Sonoma County and been a principal in several projects over the years. Rick has also worked as a commercial leasing agent and was a member of a Western U.S. property acquisitions team brokering deals in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Portland and Seattle.
Married with twin sons, Rick and his family live in Petaluma and he concentrates on keeping his business local. Rick understands the obligation of giving back to the community and currently sits on the Professional Standards Committee of the North Bay Association of Realtors (NORBAR) and Bay Area Real Estate Information Services (BAREIS MLS).
Rick recognizes that the key to every real estate transaction is his ability to communicate with all parties and steadfastly believes in a professional approach to real estate with a commitment to client service.
