I was born and raised in San Diego, CA. After graduating from Torrey Pines High School, I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences and my Teaching Credential, I taught high school History and coached high school Girls Volleyball and Girls Soccer.

After teaching high school for several years, I obtained my real estate license in 2001. I co-owned two luxury real estate offices in Sonoma County serving estates, ranches and vineyards under the Pacific Union brand. During the ownership and management of these offices, I performed daily managerial duties such as Supervising, Mentoring and Training the agents. I also created accountability and business plans tailored specifically to the agent and their personal and professional goals. I negotiated franchise contracts, and facilitated leases and tenant improvements, along with representing both Sellers and Buyers in real estate transactions.

I have a unique vantage point of both being a prior owner of a real estate company and understanding the intricacies of owning a business along with being a teacher and coach. After selling the real estate brokerage in 2012, I returned to San Diego and joined a local real estate brokerage as a Branch Manager. I then, received an amazing opportunity to work for Brian Buffini at Buffini and Company as a national Broker Consultant and Coach. My coaching philosophy is based upon relationship based selling and encourage repeat and referral business, providing exceptional service to clients and client care by offering consistent value and the use of ?Ninja Selling? systems and techniques. I am a certified Ninja through the Ninja Selling program.

After working at Buffini and Company, I was afforded another opportunity to return to real estate branch management. I have weathered both historically up and down markets each in their own right from the climb of the early 2,000's to the fall in 2008, the global pandemic and the current 2020's era. I thoroughly enjoy serving other real estate professionals in my capacity and seeing the growth of their expertise and their wins and losses.

I enjoy running, hiking, reading, a beautiful sunset and wine.
I have twin 21 year old daughters and reside in San Marcos, CA.
