Makgokolo’s main feature is its exclusivity where owners are accustomed to not coming across other vehicles on game drives.

When buying the vacant site, the owner has the right to build a private bush lodge and traverse the 2,500 hectares. The private lodge may be utilised by the owner, friends, and family, but no syndications, short-term letting or commercial operations are allowed. Cycling, running, and walking is permitted on the non-big five portion.

Makgokolo has a private airstrip, photography hide and spectacular lookouts and picnic spots.
