Top of the World 001-120-025: This parcel has a lot of gentle terrain on the south side with established roads in all four directions. The nearly 280 degree view from the Top of the World Knoll on the northside of the main road looking north is incredible, but heading south at the fork and past the small black oak forest, the view looking southeast into the wilderness, it is breathtaking. This parcel has a small shallow pond and intermittent spring on the west side. The road headed northeast is steeper and comes out into the flat open meadows above and to the west of 'bathtub springs' Bath Tub Springs 001-120-027: This parcel has a wide open 'bowl' accessible by two different roads on the north end of the property. The terrain is gentle and the meadow is wide open. There is an ancient clawfoot tub for a spring catch basin above the small pond (needs a liner) on the north boundary. The bath tub has never failed to have water in all seasons in all the years the current owner has owned the land. That spring can be caught on the upper southern end of the meadow as well and the water put into tanks. South of the road the parcel has rolling meadows and a spring on the southern boundary, and in the southeast corner a place they call "Grinding Rock" that has what appears to be 2 acorn grinding bowls in it with amazing views of the wilderness.Oak Flat Meadows 001-120-028: This is the largest continuous nearly flat gently sloped open space. Here the road bends more to the south as it runs through east to west than the middle, with the terrain becoming more markedly steep on the farther north and east edges than the southern. There are no official roads other than the main one, but the current owner has had no trouble driving roughly half of the property by mule.All 3 parcels total almost 240 acres!
