Braden Danyus

I was born in Redwood City, a city located between San Francisco and San Jose, in the Bay Area. At the age of two, my parents moved me and my younger sister to Paradise, a small mountain town of about 26,000 people. Though my parents would divorce, they both stayed in Butte County, as my dad was a popular Chico bartender and my mother would soon become co-owner of the Red Lion Pizza restaurant in Paradise and Durham.

My first job was folding boxes at Red Lion Pizza, which taught me a bit about responsibility. Whether it was folding boxes at Red Lion Pizza or solving computer problems at Butte College, I strive to be versatile, informed, and experienced self-starter. My family has always preached a strong work ethic, which I credit to helping me graduate from Chico State in 2013.

I got into real estate because I have a passion for meeting and helping people. As a 30 year resident of Butte County, I have created many personal and professional relationships that I consider lifetime relationships. They say moving is one of the most important decisions you can make in life. It would be my pleasure to represent you with the highest standard of care during buying and/or selling the process.
