Chris Simpkins has been a full time broker since 1995. He has been an award-winning producer since 1996 and is a four time recipient of the Century 21 "Centurion" award--Century 21's highest and most coveted award. In addition, Chris has been awarded as a Century 21 Quality Service Producer and is a Platinum Life Member of the Robertson County Association of REALTORS,' Award of Excellence. Chris' marketing is unmatched in the industry. He and his team use the latest social media marketing, professional photography and when applicable, aerial photography, 3-D Modeling and other marketing techniques that are unique to he and his team. In addition to real estate, Chris is a private pilot and Vice Chairman of the Springfield/Robertson County Joint Airport Board. He is a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, Robertson County Historical Society, National Rifle Association, past president of the Springfield Lions Club, and is a charter member of his church, where he serves on the board of directors. His hobbies include flying and playing music.
