
Craig Hoium
Craig comes to us with 34 years of municipal public employment. During those years, Craig has worked in various disciplines of building construction and code enforcement, 20 years of land development involvement, and 15 years of real estate marketing and acquisition of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Craig's college education background includes studies in architecture, community planning, and code enforcement. Craig's experience in real estate involvement and marketing provides a valuable addition to the professional sales staff of CENTURY 21 Atwood. Craig and his wife, Jan, are both lifetime residents of Albert Lea and have made Albert Lea their home for their entire 34 years of marriage. They feel very blessed to be a part of this community. They have two sons, Mike and his family who live in Milwaukee, and Jeff, who lives in Albert Lea. In Craig's free time, he enjoys spending time with his family \342\200\223 especially his granddaughters \342\200\223 Emmie and Brynley, golfing (most of the time), running, racquetball, snowmobiling, and just being active.
