Daniel Mueller was born in Germany into a military family with an American father and German mother. Daniel\342\200\231s father is Department Chair at Jesuit High school and mother a teacher in the Sacramento Unified school district for over 15 years have given Daniel a strong educational, moral familial upbringing. Currently Daniel has been specializing in urban and suburban retail, office leasing and sales since 2007, and currently represents over a dozen of the area\342\200\231s top restaurants and retailers (Ricks Dessert Diner, Sharif Jewelers, Bento Box, Blue Nami, El Pollo Loco, Carl\342\200\231s Jr. Etc.). He provides invaluable insight into restaurant design and construction cost management and has leased and sold approximately 280,000 SF of retail and office space in the Sacramento area over the past 36 months. Years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and management allows Daniel to provide his clients with strategic logistical advantages thereby maximizing the value of their commercial real estate portfolios. His extensive experience abroad and multilingual abilities provide him with a unique international business skill set. He enjoys all outdoor sports and is an avid cyclist and runner.
