\302\267 Over 44 years of experience in the real estate industry \342\200\223 residential and commercial sales and leasing, development, and marketing.
Gwendy started her career in real estate in 1978 at Cushman & Wakefield in San Francisco. Soon afterwards, she joined The Stitzel Company, a development company that set new benchmarks in upscale retail development with the successful completion of projects such as Union Square 100, One Union Square and The Sutter/Grant Building in San Francisco; One Rodeo Drive and Two Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills; and One Colorado in Pasadena, California. Gwendy played a pivotal role in the leasing and the development management of these projects, which included tenants such as Gucci, Hermes, Tiffany & Co., Christian Dior, Valentino, Sulka, and Etro, to name a few.
In 2004 Gwendy formed her own company, Land West Properties, serving clients in residential and commercial sales. During this time, she earned two of the most prestigious designations in the commercial real estate industry. She was awarded the CCIM designation in 2005 conferred by the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institution which recognizes a high degree of expertise in commercial investment real estate, and shortly afterwards earned the ALC designation, which recognizes a high degree of expertise in the issues surrounding the development of land.
