
John McMahon
From the seas to the trees best describes john. He began investing in real estate in the mid 1990's before obtaining his license in 2018. After nearly three decades in public service, he continues his real estate career full-time with Century 21 Gilmartin and Company.
John specializes in homes that need TLC, larger acreage properties and waterfront properties. Having grown up on a family farm, owned several waterfront properties and renovated dozens of properties, he has the knowledge and experience to guide clients through the process of acquiring or selling these types of properties.
When not out looking for the next great real estate deal, John volunteers for Ducks Unlimited, being the immediate past State Chairman for two terms and a member of the National Public Policy Committee, enjoys using his collections of chainsaws, boating water fowling and gourmet cooking.
John resides on the federally designated Wild and Scenic Maurice River with his two sons.
