Josh Madsen is a real estate professional with years of experience in high level sales, negotiating, marketing and advertising. These skills set him apart as he assists sellers with marketing and positioning their homes for the highest return on what is often their largest investment. His award winning background includes national ranking in the top 5% of sales professionals in his field, where he received the Pinnacle Performance Circle Award for outstanding production, leadership and service. Most recently, as sales director, he led the #1 sales team in his company. Josh has years of experience managing, coaching and mentoring sales agents. He knows what it takes to get a home sold. Josh holds a BS degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminology and Corrections from the University of Utah where he lettered in baseball. He also holds an AA degree from the College of Southern Idaho. Josh is married to Aubree Madsen, his high school sweetheart and best friend. They have been married for 10 years and have two young children and two dogs.
