Karen Prescott
Let me start by saying I love living on Amelia Island! It's so exciting to be a part of our growing and expanding community by the sea. I have lived here on and off for over 30 years and am always excited to meet new folks who come from all over the country. Being in the Navy for over 22 years has made me an expert in moving, buying and selling homes. I have lived in Sardinia (Italy), Guam, and all along the East Coast but have found Amelia Island to be my most cherished place. All of my children attended our exceptional, A+ local schools. And I graduated from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville and then earned a Master of Business Administration from Brenau University. All of Nassau County, FL has so much to offer and is such a great place for families. Resort-style living is possible in several communities such as Wildlight, Amelia National, The Tributary and especially on "the Island" with the ever-expanding golf and tennis clubs available. So, if you're ready to make a move or just would like some ideas please check out my website for properties or call me with your specific needs. I am happy to assist you in anyway I can and I look forward to helping you make your dreams a reality.
