Kimberly Schulz
As a native Tri Citian, Kim has seen the growth and many changes of the Tri Cities. Both her grandparents and parents were an integral part of the development of the Uptown Richland and owned a retail jewelry store for over 40 years. While growing up in the customer service industry, she gained a passion for horses through her family raising, training and racing thoroughbreds. After raising her two children, she decided to make the jump to real estate from managing a retail store at the mall. Kim brings the experience of matching wants, needs, and desires, with innovative thinking and solutions to her clients during the home selling or buying process. Kim always appreciates her clients passing on the word of her expertise to other home buyers and sellers. The Tri Cities is a much diversified market with many industries including agriculture, wine, nuclear, and medical. Nestled on three rivers and over 300 days of sunshine, this is a great place to live and raise a family. Her recent move to CENTURY 21 Group is an exciting time, enabling her on behalf of her clients to utilize the extensive knowledge, professionalism and unmatched products and services of Vicki Monteagudo and her team.
