Margaret Walther
A native of Bay City, Margaret Walther joined Century 21 Signature Realty in 2019. Though Margaret is new to Century 21 Signature Realty, she is not new to the inner workings of real estate. She began her career as a title agent for a title company and then went on to work in escrow for a prestigious mortgage company right in the heart of the greater bay area. With a deep understanding of the region and a passion for real estate, Margaret brings a unique combination of tenacity and knowledge to her position as a realtor. She has already achieved honors in her field for her outstanding perseverance and ability to sell houses and place hopeful buyers into their dream homes. In her first year, Margaret sold over thirty homes and exceeded that her following year. Margaret uses her vast knowledge of the places she grew up and her desire to excel to make sure each client has a personal experience. In addition to real estate, Margaret is a mother of three and married to her loving husband for over 35 years. She also has two beloved fur babies, Grace, and Taz, who keep her on her toes. She is active in her church and volunteers where she can for her community. In the summer months Margaret enjoys traveling with her family to the great lakes.
