I am a resident of New Bedford, MA and have two sons Ross and Matthew. My education experience includes attending the Lee Institute of Real Estate, Rhode Island College, U.Mass.Dartmouth, Bristol Community College, and New Bedford High School.
My work experience includes being a licensed real estate Salesperson since 1989. I started working for a small local Real Estate office in Acushnet. Once getting experienced it was time to move onto the #1 Selling team in the area. That is Century21/Signature Properties, where I am currently employed handling any of the buyer's and seller's needs.Century21/Signature Properties Sponsered Floyd Wickman's course which I am a graduate. I also attended the conference by Hobbs/Herder advertising, an Orange County California advertising agency specializing in marketing materials for Real Estate agents. The result is a sophisticated, full-color brochure, letterhead, postcards, and business cards.
Also, I am a member of the Greater New Bedford Board of Realtors, MA Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, The Multiple Listing Service and completed the course for Certified Buyers Agent. Specialties: Buyer's Agent, Listing Agent, Foreclosure, and Short -Sale.
