
Niloufar Mollaahmad
Nilou came to Wilmington, NC to attend the University of North Carolina Wilmington and obtain her Bachelors of Arts in communication studies. She graduated early in December of 2023 and went on to start her own marketing agency specializing in photography, videography, and social media management. Her entrepreneurial spirit and her attention to upcoming trends make her the perfect candidate for real estate.
She enrolled in real estate school one month after graduating and obtained her North Carolina real estate license shortly after. Since entering real estate, she\342\200\231s leaned into her education in communication to deliver effective conversation about the needs of her customers and clients. Nilou has a passion for meeting new people and hopes to do so by assisting in the buying and selling of real estate.
During her coursework in school, Nilou led marketing campaigns, took on large projects for clients, and even became a Vice President for a student-led marketing agency on campus. These examples prove her leadership skills and her ability to deliver quality products and performance for her clients. These fundamental traits are things that Nilou carries into her real estate career to provide clients with the expertise of an agent, leader, and friend.
