Patrick Smith is an experienced agent with 25 years selling experience, 16 as a full-time Professional Real Estate Agent in the Real Estate Business. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and a New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Multi-Year Award Winner 2004, 2008, 2009, and 2010. Pat specializes in residential & multi-family properties. He also has a great depth of knowledge in short sales & foreclosures, estate and divorce settlements as well as rental & investment properties. Pat likes to keep his skills sharp and has recently acquired the E-Pro for Realtors and Certified Negotiator Designations.
Pat served in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, E-4 1982-1986. He is a lifetime resident of NJ and the last 15 years in Essex County. Happily married to his wife Hazel of 17 years, they have 2 children, the perfect family, a boy & a girl. As such, Pat loves spending time with his family, especially his children. He has been a class parent for 6 years in the Bloomfield School system and is very active with his son in the Boy Scouts of America. He is an active member of the friendly sons of the shillelagh and he enjoys camping and fishing.
