
Phillip Bolte
A fourth-generation Realtor, Phillip earned his sales license in 1999 and his broker license in 2007. He is a 2001 graduate of Baldwin Wallace University with a BA in Business Administration. Phillip is the great grandson of Ann Bolte who founded Bolte Real Estate in 1936 and was the first female REALTOR in Ohio. In 2015 Phillip was the Firelands Association of Realtors \342\200\234Realtor of the Year\342\200\235 and a nominee for Ohio Realtors \342\200\234Realtor of the Year.\342\200\235 As an independent brokerage for eight decades Bolte Real Estate affiliated with Century 21 in early 2020. While Century 21 Bolte Real Estate has grown in recent years their philosophy has remained the same, to provide their team with the tools, technology and support for their team to be as successful as they want to be through fulfilling their clients\342\200\231 needs and dreams. Phillip is the primary broker for Century 21 Bolte Real Estate and a champion for the growth of his team of Realtors. In his free time, Phillip enjoys boating, golfing, anything Ohio State, the Browns, and spending time with his wife Jennifer and daughter Gianna.
