I have always dreamed of living by the seashore. There is something about the vast beautiful ocean, the soft sand, and the rolling surf that warms the soul. I especially love the 241 average days of sunshine and spring without snow! You can't help but feel happy. My husband, my three children, and I relocated here in the summer of 1999. Natives of suburban Syracuse, NY (Fayetteville), we first searched for our home on the Internet. I quickly learned that moving to the beach required help. I needed someone familiar with the area to guide me in our search. Someone who knew the market, price history, construction concerns, builders, neighborhoods, schools, churches...the things you need to know in order to feel safe and comfortable when buying a home in an unfamiliar area. This familiarity helps shape your new town into your new home. That is when I clearly understood the difficulty of moving to the beach without professional help. The Internet is an excellent tool, but having someone knowledgeable about the area is essential. Once my family was settled I decided to make real estate my career. I earned my real estate license in 2000 and joined the team at CENTURY 21 Thomas. I have the pleasure of working with a wonderful group of dedicated professionals and a great company. I love my career. I feel knowledge is the key in this business and I want to provide excellent service by keeping up to date in the real estate field through continued education.
