Carolyn Littell is known as the \342\200\234go to\342\200\235 resource for all things Big Canoe! As a longtime resident of the community, Carolyn is actively involved and has served on several committees over the years including the POA Board of Directors. In 2007, Carolyn began her real estate career and hasn\342\200\231t looked back since. She is excited to be joining Century 21 Results and their team of 300+ relentless agents.
In 1981, Carolyn and her husband moved from Dallas, Texas to the Metro Atlanta area and discovered Big Canoe shortly after their move. Ever since, Carolyn has had a goal of planting her roots in Big Canoe. From 1999 to present, Carolyn and her husband have purchased land and built 2 homes in the community. She has found great joy in discovering the trails, recreational activities, and year-round mountain views that Big Canoe has to offer. Carolyn is passionate about fostering relationships with the people in Big Canoe and helping new homeowners find their niche. She is not just your Realtor, but your friend and neighbor for life!
