
Craig Scartocci
A native of New Jersey, I have been licensed to sell real estate there since 1987 and have experience in all aspects - listing, selling, purchasing, and even renting residential properties. I started selling newspapers door-to-door when I was 11 years old and have been selling ever since. I've had a range of careers outside of real estate, too. I've worked in restaurants and bars, always in positions that required dealing with the public. I sold new and used automobiles for 23 years during which time I was able to hone my negotiation skills. I took pleasure from being able to make my customers confident and comfortable with ther purchase by listening to them and actually caring for them during and after their successful transaction. I have been visiting the Horry County area since 1996 and have owned porperty here since 2005. I decided to relocated to Little River permanently in September, 2015. I am enjoying my return to real estate and am excited to be a member of the CENTURY 21 Thomas team. I am also a Notary Public in South Carolina. My strengths are: I know customer service.
