Dave is an Iowa boy, born and raised. He grew up in Rock Rapids in Northwest. Dave is married and has two great kids. He loves being active in the Siouxland community and helping it become a better place.
Dave started his sales career right here in Sioux City managing Tip Top Tux. He had a passion for helping people look great for their big day. He then worked for two Hilton properties. He knew he had to funnel the satisfaction he received from helping others and channel it into real estate. He now enjoys having the opportunity to help people with the biggest investment in their life. He prides himself in keeping excellent communication and relieving any stressors that can transpire.
