Dennis became a REALTOR\302\256 in July of 1990 and soon realized that the business was not about properties or houses. Instead, being a Realtor is about people. In each Real Estate transaction, someone\342\200\231s needs are met or someone\342\200\231s dreams are realized. Working to meet those needs or fulfill those dreams gives Dennis tremendous satisfaction.
Before transferring to Lincoln, Dennis was very active in h is prior local Board of REALTORS, serving as a Director; its President twice; various committee duties; and being chosen as the \342\200\234Realtor of the Year\342\200\235 in 2004. In addition, he has received many awards and leadership recognitions from the Century 21 system. Dennis is also involved in church and civic activities.
Dennis and his wife, Cherryl, make their home in Lincoln. They have three grown children and have recently celebrated their 50 th wedding anniversary. Dennis welcomes the chance to work with new clients to help them realize their Real Estate needs.
