Hey everyone! My name is James Laney and I've been working in real estate for a while now. Even though I'm young I have a shocking amount of experience. In my time as an agent, I have worked on a wide variety of deals. Whether it was helping a couple buy their first home, tracking down an investor's next project, or finding that perfect condo we always get the deal done. On top of my time as an agent, I have plenty of experience when it comes to flipping houses. Throughout my life, I have helped my dad fix up tons of properties. From demolition to finish work I have learned more about houses than I could have ever imagined. I know the work it takes to change a fixer-upper into a beautiful home.
