I am a highly-driven sales professional in the real estate industry serving Dane County and the surrounding area. I started in real estate by chance. A good friend of mine encouraged me to apply for the Director of First Impressions, and Marketing Director position at CENTURY 21 Affiliated. Shortly after starting I obtained my real estate sales license. From there I became an assistant to one of the top foreclosure agents in the area. She taught me how to be compassionate to clients that are going through a tough housing transition. This inspired me to help clients before they lose their home and assist them with short-sale scenarios. When I purchased my first home, I was single, and living from paycheck to paycheck. I thought, "how can I purchase a home≠" I ended up purchasing a two-unit, this allowed me to have someone pay more than half of my mortgage, all while not having any roommates. Since then I've helped others realize the value in purchasing investment properties and can help you do the same.
