Joe was working for a Fortune 500 company in sales and sales management for 22 years before beginning his Real Estate Career in 2003 in the Baltimore/Washington area. He then moved to the Tampa, Florida area in 2007 and continued his Real Estate career. He has been helping our active and retired service people relocate in the Baltimore area as well as the Tampa area since 2003. He has sold over 500 homes since the beginning of his Real estate career. He has been a multi-million-dollar producer since 2004. Joe joined Century 21 Beggins in March of 2016 and continued selling and became the Sales manager of the South Tampa office in Oct 2016. Since Joining Century 21 he has earned Master Ruby, Master Emerald, Master Diamond, and a two-time Centurion. Currently he ranks 87th in agents in the Mid Central Florida region. He is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary's University with a BS in Political Science and Education. He also holds an MBA from University of Maryland University College. Joe and his husband William reside in Tampa. We have two children, our son and his wife and two children live in Maryland, and he is a software engineer and our daughter and her husband live here in Florida and she is an environmentalist.
