
Julie Zook
Julie Zook has been a Broker/Owner/Instructor since 2004.
She moved to Spring Hill from Indiana in 1989 to be close her elderly parents. Julie worked at Bayonet Point Hospital in cardiac surgery until choosing to switch careers in 2001. Julie holds several National Association of REALTORS\302\256 designations and has served and still serves on various councils and committees.
Julie believes strongly that everyone should be able to experience home ownership as the center of creating a strong family life. Julie has two children, one son employed by Florida Hospital Orlando and another son, a USF Biomed student also employed by Tampa General. Julie has been blessed to have Great Danes in her home her whole life and currently supplements them with a mini dachshund. She loves to read, preferably on a beach, loves to cook Lithuanian food and enjoys travel a lot.
