Khayyan is a Chicago resident, who has a passion for real estate and is respected in the real estate industry as a motivated, enthusiastic young lady who gets the job done.. As a dedicated member of several organizations where she serves as Deaconess, past President for Ministry of Music and treasurer, and currently training coordinator for the United States Postal Service Marketing Department and Investigations with Consumer Affairs, she understands, leads and guides her clients and ensures she provides detailed service. As a Real Estate Broker, Seller Specialist, Buyer Specialist, Foreclosure Consultant and Short Sales Expert, Khayyan strives for excellence as a result of hard work, and education received throughout her career. Khayyan has more than 15 years of service as a Real Estate professional. Her dedication to the profession includes providing great service for all real estate needs and always ready to serve in making all real estate experiences a great memorable one. While enjoying real estate, Khayyan enjoys her free time with her husband going to the movies and enjoying restaurant dining throughout Illinois, adventures and playtime with her nieces, family gatherings, and volunteer work, with emphasis on children, throughout the Chicagoland area. Khayyan is an active and faithful member of Greater Canaan Missionary Baptist Church and a member of the Order of Eastern Star and volunteer for Habitat for Humanity Women Build.
