Sue Russ is an experienced and dedicated REALTOR with over 37 years of expertise in the real estate industry. She was born and raised in the area and has been a licensed real estate agent since 1984.
Sue's extensive background includes working as a real estate paralegal in New London, CT for a large real estate law firm for 17 years. During this time, she handled thousands of real estate closings and worked closely with the attorney for the local Real Estate Board.
In addition, Sue worked for a Title Insurance Company as an Account Representative for 2 years, where she interacted with attorney offices all over the State of CT, searching and running down title to properties and recording closing documents.
Sue has been actively selling real estate full-time for the last 20 years, with 11 of those years working for a local condominium property management company as an in-house real estate agent, selling hundreds of condominiums and homes.
For the last 10 years, Sue has been working with local condominium complexes with HUD to get the condominiums the FHA approvals needed for financing, which requires knowledge of all the complexes, condominium documents, and information.
