I am a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker Associate. I have been in the real estate industry along the Emerald Coast since 1987 specializing in luxury coastal properties. I have been involved with all aspects of the industry including residential and commercial sales as well as property management. My nickname along Scenic 30A is "The Real Estate Guru". This is due to the fact that I have a long reputation of getting sellers top dollar for their properties while at the same time finding buyers exactly what they are looking for and negotiating the best possible price and terms. When I am not out selling real estate I am usually painting, at the beach, boating or riding my bike along the paths of 30A. In 1995, I started the bike rental industry along 30A by opening the first and largest bike and kayak rental company and love to share this passion with others.
