After gaining valuable experience in management roles at Ann Taylor and owning restaurants with her husband, Chris, life\342\200\231s turning point came in 2009 with the birth of their son. Seeking a flexible career that would allow her to balance motherhood and utilize her skills, Cassie found her calling in the real estate industry.
What started as a part-time job quickly evolved into a full-fledged career. In 2013, Cassie established her own real estate team, and by 2018, she and her husband proudly opened their own brokerage. In 2023, they seized the opportunity to open the only Century 21 office in St. Charles County, creating even more value for their clients and associates. As a Luxury certified agent through the Residential Real Estate Council and a registered mentor with the Council, Cassie continues to lead and mentor agents, shaping the next generation of real estate leaders.
