Within a year, he joined the number 1 Century 21 office in the world (2014 to 2018) and quickly specialized in both buying and selling homes in Utah. Since 2014, Chad averages over 40 transactions annually with over 15 million in sales volume. Chad graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning and Development. He is dedicated to every client and leaves a positive, lasting impression. The majority of Chad's business comes from referrals.
