Jim is a lifelong resident of Kent County and has been a licensed real estate agent since January 2003; obtaining Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certifications placing him in the top 4% of real estate agents in the country. In his spare time Jim enjoys spending time with his wife Katie, working on cars with his son Jeremy, working along side his daughter Jessica in Real Estate, and spending time with his grandkids. He served on the Kent County Association of Realtors board as a director for the 2008 and 2009 calendar years and been designated as a Five Star Agent in Delaware Today magazine for 2010 thru 2019. Jim is looking forward to serving the residents of Delaware with all their real estate needs.
