Karen has been a full time professional Real Estate Broker serving the Blackstone Valley area of South Worcester County since 1986 and is proud to affiliate with Custom Home Realty with offices in Millbury, Mendon and Framingham.

Karen specializes in both Seller and Buyer Agency and am proficient in the Sales and Marketing of New Construction Homes. She is a member of the Realtor Association of Central Massachusetts and was a volunteer at the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce for over 30 years and served as the organization's President in 1999 and 2000.


Karen ran her own Real Estate Firm from 2008 to 2016, The Mercure Group, Inc, out of herhome in Sutton. She has earned several designations in the field such as GRI, CRS, CBR, SRES, and LMC, and looks forward to working with you on your next move.
