I am an experienced residential and commercial real estate professional, with expertise in investment real estate and property management. I have an international client base of investors, who own single family and multi-unit residential properties in San Antonio. I enjoy educating potential investors on the value of having real estate in their portfolio, and the added benefit of hiring a knowledgeable property manager. I am a Veteran of the U.S. Army and have worked with many active duty members, who want to keep their homes in San Antonio, when they PCS. Leasing their homes out is a great option, especially if they want to return to San Antonio in their retirement. I have a degree in Business from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and owned a multi-unit restaurant franchise for several years. This has given me extensive knowledge in commercial real estate and lease agreements. My hobbies include hunting with my son and our dogs, fishing, gardening, construction projects and spending time with my family.
