This beautiful stone house is located in a small town near Buje, on top of a hill, with a panoramic view of the sea, the surrounding area and neighboring Slovenia.

The house is made of stone, decorated using natural materials, and consists of a living room with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, one bedroom with bathroom on the lower floor of the house, and one bedroom and office on the gallery, also with one bathroom.

The terrace accessed from the living room is located on the north side, perfect for coffee and summer breakfast and lunch in the open air, because of the view that, on a cloudless day, reaches as far as the Alps.

The house also has 2000m2 of environment, in which there is a place for a swimming pool and several terraces, and due to the configuration of the terrain, the view will be present forever.
