My name is Ismael Betancourt Jr and I am a Realtor with Century 21 Affiliated. I received my Real Estate License in 2004, earned my Broker's License in 2008, but I have grown up in the Real Estate Industry as my father started in Real Estate in the early 1990's. Born and Raised in San Diego, I am the son of a father from the East Coast who was stationed in San Diego while serving proudly in the US Navy and a mother who is a dentist in Mexico after graduating from the UABC in Tijuana, BC, Mexico. I graduated from UC San Diego with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science & Economics. Growing up, my father implemented the same values he learned in the military on us. He stressed the values of service, loyalty, honesty, and integrity. Growing up, I started volunteering when I could at the age of 13 as an effort to be of service and I conduct my business by the words of Zig Ziglar who once stated "you can get everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want." As part of a father and sons real estate team, it is an honor and a privilege to serve those who have served and continue to serve for us.
