A full time Brainerd Area Broker since 1977, Jim is a third generation Realtor, following in the footsteps of both his grandfather Ed, and his fathery, Ray. A Bethel College graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Jim is a "Certified Residential Broker" (CRB), a Graduate of teh Realtors Institute (GRI) and has been licensed since 1980 as a Certified Residential Appraiser. Born and raised on Gull Lake, Jim is currently a 30+ year member of the East Gull Lake City Council, a former 9 year president of Ski Gull Inc, a 22 year coach of the Brainerd High School Slalom racing team and an avid lake enthusiast. Jim and his wife Merilee and thier 3 college age children live on Ruth Lake.
