Janet Lane brings the expertise of more than 20 years' experience in the residential real estate and loan business to CENTURY 21 Scheetz in Bloomington, Indiana. She believes and lives by her client-first philosophy of being a good listener as well as a good communicator and responding quickly to the clients' needs. Janet was raised in California and attended college in Oklahoma. Through her cross country moves, she learned about real estate and fell in love. Janet's specialty is the first-time homebuyer. She enjoys walking them through the lending process, as well as the buying process. Janet loves the look on the first-time home buyers' faces when they walk into a property and know this will be their home. When Janet is not selling real estate, she can be found reading or enjoying time with her husband, Jay, four handsome, and busy sons and her fluffy feline.
