
Kate Young
Kate Young started as a Realtor in 1992 at Hollister Realtors. Although she remained inactive for many years, she kept up with her continuing education each year - as her passion for real estate never ceased. Kate then worked at an auto parts distribution center and local chamber of commerce before returning to the industry in 2017.
Kate is a member of the Bay County Realtor Association as the current President elect, Michigan Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. She has a Bachelor Degree in Finance from Saginaw Valley State University.
Kate serves on the Home Pride Committee and Standard Forms Commitee for the local realtor board, is a current board member of the Bay City Noon Optimist Club, member of Corpus Christi Church, and was a former board member of the Bay County Hockey Association.
Kate has lived in Bay City her entire life and knows the Great Lakes Bay Region very well. She resides with her husband and has a son in Southwest Michigan. She also enjoys camping, reading, and researching her family tree.
