I was born in the old country, Portugal. My upbringing in a large loving family made me value hard work and to earn respect as a faithful Catholic Christian. My parents instilled in me the pride of doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. I learned from my parents to be accountable, reliable and dependable. I have seven lovely grandchildren, three wonderful children, and a loving husband.
I migrated to the United States in 1979 and married the same year, having gone on to have 3 children. I became a US citizen in1985 and received my real
estate license in 1992. In 2012, I received my Bachelor Degree from Colorado Technical University in Business Administration. I love to do volunteer work for my church and local civic groups. We do fundraising to give scholarships to local high school girls. In 2011, I bought a local dry cleaning business and every year for the last 10 years, we dry clean over 5,000 coats to give to local children in need. I have been a successful real estate agent selling over 25 million dollars in real estate in 2004 and over 150 units in 2006. I feel most accomplished when helping home buyers obtain "The American Dream" of homeownership. With the right education and team work, from the lenders and government programs, I have been able to make homeowners out of many renters. Real estate is still the most relevant investment in the world. I believe in it; I own residential, commercial and investment real estate, so I can speak from experience.
I feel blessed for the opportunity God and this country have given me. Here, I continue to strive to be the most I can be. Life is good, God is great!
