I started my real estate career over 35 years ago working in my family owned real estate agency. In addition to real estate, I have been a CT Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser for 25 years. The knowledge obtained from appraising homes has given me a level of knowledge not present in the majority of real estate agents. I also have a Home Staging Designation. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing the excitement and joy of my clients when they find out the contract we put on a home they love has been accepted, or when I negotiate a contract on my seller's home. I go above and beyond for my clients. Buying or selling a home in today's environment can be very trying because of mortgage lending standards established by our government. Getting a home to close in this environment is not easy and requires the experience of an experienced agent.
