As a result, 95% of her business comes from referrals from satisfied customers. Sandy was first licensed in Naples, Florida until relocating permanently in Lynchburg in 1991. Living the majority of her life in Florida and having now made her home in Virginia, she feels she has the best of both worlds. She understands how difficult it is to relocate and therefore provides her out-of-town clients with as much information as possible concerning schools, neighborhoods, and the community in general so they will be well equipped to make the wisest decision possible before they buy. Sandy enjoys meeting new people and is comfortable working with any age group. Having been married to a builder for many years, she finds her knowledge of construction invaluable while guiding her clients thought the home buying process.
