Shelley Abernethy
Shelley Abernethy moved to Oak Island/ Southport in 2016. The coast has always been her destination.
Originally from the Charlotte, NC area, she grew up in Belmont, then moved to the beautiful town of Mount Holly where she was a graduate of Belmont Abbey College with a teaching degree and was involved with many local volunteer organizations.
Upon moving to Oak Island/ Southport, she worked for the Town of Oak Island while taking real estate classes.
Brunswick County is one of North Carolina's fastest growing counties. By listening to her clients, Shelley understands each family or individual has different needs.
Some clients are looking for rental investment properties, some are looking for a family beach home to create magical memories and some are looking for a place to start the next chapter of a wonderful adventure.
For some coastal residents, a time comes that they are ready to move inland, to be close to family, or again, for the next adventure. Shelley has contacts around the state, country and globe with Century 21 resources and connections.
Whether buying or selling, contact Shelley 704.813.0598 and let her help you make your next move.
