All three-bedroom suites are outfitted with ceiling fans, armoires, and king-sized beds. One of the bedrooms also has a twin-sized bed and a couch, perfect for guests. Each of the ensuite bathrooms includes double vanities, vessel sinks, and easy step-in stone and tile showers.

The downstairs level includes an open floor plan with modern décor and a beachy vibe. The gourmet kitchen features modern granite countertops and brand-new stainless steel appliances. There is also a spacious wooden pantry and wooden cabinets to store all your pots and pans and non-perishable items. A large kitchen island with four chairs completes the eat-in kitchen. For casual dining, there is a picnic-style dining table with benches around it. A sectional tan couch covered with colorful cushions fills the living room, along with an armchair and a flatscreen TV on the wall. Behind the dining table, a sliding door leads to the outdoor terrace.

The main patio includes an outdoor sofa, two wicker chairs, and a coffee table. On that level, you’ll also find the infinity pool, where you can spend the day cooling off amidst your own private jungle. Every angle of your luxury villa is filled with landscaping, lush trees, and local flowers. It is a sight to see. For your convenience, there is an outdoor staircase that goes directly from the pool terrace to the third-floor master suite. This luxury villa includes two parking spaces and you will need a 4x4 vehicle to reach the property.

One of our favorite things about this property is the location. You’re located in the heart of Dominical, which is a surfer’s paradise but offers so many other eco-adventures too. Playa Dominical is the perfect location for experienced surfers, while “little brother” Playa Dominicalito is better for beginning surfers. That beach is quieter and you’ll often find local fisherman selling their catch of the day. Dominical also features several beautiful waterfalls, including the Nacaya Waterfalls, which are stunning to explore and include a natural swimming hole. Within minutes to Dominical, you can visit Manuel Antonio National Park and a plethora of wildlife, including capuchin monkeys, sloths, and tropical birds.
