I am originally from Minnesota, where I first learned about great customer service from my parents who owned a family restaurant in the very tight knit small town of Stewartville. Later moving to Sanford, Florida, my first job was at Ruth\342\200\231s Chris Steakhouse in Altamonte Springs, learning and building on my customer service skills. I joined the Air Force when I was 24, and was blessed to travel to Okinawa Japan where I was an F15 crew Chief. I then Moved to Arizona, where I became a service technician for Cox Communications for the next 7 years and Centurylink for the last 8. I love interactions with my customers and helping fix issues that help make people\342\200\231s lives more enjoyable. I strive to do my best at everything I do, and will always put others before myself, if it means making their lives easier. I love watching the Minnesota Vikings, solving puzzles, whether that\342\200\231s building a costume or a patio, I happily accept all challenges God puts in front of me.
