I was born and raised here in Ventura County. I am married to Michael Tellez and he works for the Coroner's office in Ventura County. We were blessed with 3 beautiful kids and two of our boys served our country one in the Army and the other is in the Air force. We were also blessed with a beautiful daughter that is currently in high school. I'm proud to be a part of the growing professional market in my hometown. My real estate career began in 2009 and I have had the honor of helping many buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals and dreams. I love helping sellers sell! I specialize in regular sales, city program sales, residential income, and I have helped people sell homes during difficult times such as divorce, short sales and probate. I also help buyers buy! I have held the hands of many first-time buyers, crunched the numbers for many investors, and assisted all types of buyers in between. I began my real estate career right after the market crashed in 2008. At that time, many real estate agents began leaving the industry but my passion for helping people kept me moving forward in the industry. Many of my first clients were families losing their homes and I learned very quickly how to work hard and help them cope during a difficult time in their lives. I assisted my clients with their short sales and my priority was to ensure their escrows closed and they did not go into foreclosure. Every client is special to me, and I take pride in treating my clients with compassion, respect, honesty, and excellent service. I am proud to say that a majority of my clientele have been referrals from previous clients. I take my profession very seriously and make it a priority to study the market and attend webinars, conferences, and continuing education classes in an effort to provide my clients with the most up-to-date service available.
