I'm a 1980 graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree. I have two grown children. A daughter and a son who is a Navy veteran with two tours in the Middle East. In 1984 I started a specialized landscape company that grew to 18 employees. In 2005 I sold my company which included one and half acres of land. I thus began my career in real estate. I began purchasing houses, renovating them and reselling them for a profit. I have successfully flipped over forty properties. Thru this experience I have acquired an extensive knowledge of estimating repairs and have developed a network of local contractors. In May of 2005 I obtained my real estate license. I began my career in real estate specializing in short sales. From there I started working extensively with investment properties. The wealth of my past real estate experience and the network of professionals I have developed relationships with over the years, assist me in meeting all of your home buying or selling needs. It is my goal to close a deal with the most equitable solution for both the property owner and the buyer. I have the experience to answer any questions you may have.
